As the project's earthwork and grading contractor, our team is performing extensive site preparation, including clearing and grubbing, excavation to support shoring operations, large-scale soil export, and precision finish grading. El Cajon Forge
PMP El Cajon Forge was a private project funded by the owner. JB Dirtworks was contracted with C&S Construction to perform Excavation, Grading & De-Watering. From start to finish this project was riddled with challenges that JB Dirtworks met with solutions and enthusiasm to work through the challenges. Not mentioned in the most current soils report was compromised soil that had to be carefully handled and disposed of safely. JB Dirtworks was able to save the owner thousands of dollars by stock piling soils on site and getting creative with trucking. Dewatering an excavation is always met with unforeseen issues but JB Dirtworks was able to get the job done.
Ramey
JB Dirtworks, contracted directly with the developer, Ideal Manufactured Homes, proved to be a challenging but successful experience. Riddled with hard rock, excavation of this site was done with careful precision. Pre-job planning, along with value engineering gave the developer a sense of ease knowing JB Dirtworks would handle business.

JB Dirtworks was contracted with Nakhshab Design Development to excavate, grade and demo a challenging site on a slope. With existing homes above and below our work zone, our skillful operators were able to maneuver the tough terrain and get the job done.
